These terms and conditions apply to the ADHD Planner app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Peyton Greenwood (collectively, the "Application"). Peyton Greenwood is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You should read them carefully before using the Application.
The Application is a productivity and organisation tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for ADHD or any other condition. Nothing in the Application substitutes for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or experienced in the Application.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except as and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
Creating an account requires an email address, or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of the tasks, lists, notes, and other content you create in the Application ("Your Content"). You grant the Service Provider a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Application for you — including sending it to the AI provider described below when you use AI features.
You agree not to enter into the Application any content that is unlawful, or that you are not permitted to disclose to third-party processors.
Certain features — including brain dump parsing, task breakdown, automatic prioritisation, and planning your day — send the text of your tasks to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) for processing, and return a result. Where you have connected a calendar, planning your day also sends the titles and times of that day's events, so the plan can work around them. These features are optional and only run when you actively invoke them.
AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing it. Do not rely on AI-generated scheduling, prioritisation, or task breakdown for anything safety-critical, medical, legal, or financial.
You should not enter confidential, sensitive, or regulated information into AI features.
The Application offers an optional feature that can restrict access to apps you choose, on your own device, using Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) framework. This feature:
The Service Provider does not guarantee that a restriction will be applied in any given instance, as scheduling and enforcement are performed by iOS and are outside the Service Provider's control.
The Application offers auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time purchase through your Apple ID account. The Application currently offers:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price in effect at that time, unless changed with notice as required by Apple's policies.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings. If you cancel during a free trial, you retain access until the trial ends, after which the subscription will not begin unless you re-subscribe. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a paid subscription during the trial period.
Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple, not the Service Provider. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. No refund will be issued by the Service Provider directly for the unused portion of a subscription term, except as required by applicable law.
The Service Provider may suspend your access to the Application if you materially breach these Terms. Where the breach is capable of cure, you will have 14 days from notice to remedy it before access is terminated. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access immediately without notice if you violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in activity that could cause harm to other users or the Service Provider.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application ends and you must delete all copies from your devices. This does not affect any active subscription, which is managed directly through your Apple ID account as described above.
By accessing and using this Application, you represent that you are legally permitted to use it in your jurisdiction. For purposes of agreeing to these Terms and any data-processing consent described in the Privacy Policy, you must be at least 16 years of age (the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) or have a parent or legal guardian review and accept these Terms on your behalf. This does not restrict who may use the Application generally, which carries an age rating suitable for general audiences.
The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the Application, including its code, design, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use the Service Provider's trademarks, logos, or branding for any purpose. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed in or on the Application.
The Application utilises third-party services that have their own terms. Links are provided below:
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, provided via Wi-Fi or your mobile network. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of connectivity or insufficient data allowance, including any charges incurred from your mobile provider while using the Application, including while roaming. It is your responsibility to keep your device charged and to maintain the security of your device. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which can expose it to security risks and may cause the Application to malfunction.
The Application can schedule reminders and notifications on your device. Delivery depends on your device settings, notification permissions, and iOS itself. The Service Provider does not guarantee that any particular reminder will be delivered, and you should not rely on the Application as the sole means of remembering time-critical obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, missed deadlines, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Service Provider retains full liability for:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Service Provider for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Service Provider for the Application in the 12 months preceding the claim, or the minimum amount required under applicable law, whichever is greater.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or directly related to your breach of these Terms or your intentional misuse of the Application. This indemnification does not apply to claims arising from the Service Provider's own negligence, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time, and you will need to download updates to continue using it. The Service Provider does not guarantee ongoing compatibility with every operating system version. The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application at any time; upon such termination you must stop using the Application and delete it from your device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider is established, excluding conflict of law rules, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise. Any dispute will be brought before the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider concerning your use of the Application, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms. You are advised to review this page regularly for changes; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
These Terms are effective as of 2026-07-21.
If you have any questions or suggestions about these Terms, please contact the Service Provider at pgreenwood333@gmail.com.
