Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the ADHD Planner app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Peyton Greenwood (collectively, the "Application"). Peyton Greenwood is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects and stores the following.

Account information:

Content you create:

This content is stored on servers operated by Supabase, located in the United States, and is protected by access rules that restrict each account's data to that account.

Technical information:

The Application contains no advertising and no analytics or behavioural tracking software. The Service Provider does not build advertising profiles, and does not sell or share your personal information.

Crash and Error Diagnostics

To find and fix faults that occur on real devices, the Application sends crash and error reports to Sentry. A report is generated only when something goes wrong, and contains diagnostic information such as:

These reports are configured to exclude personal identifiers: Sentry is not permitted to attach your IP address or account identifier to them, and the Application does not attach the content of your tasks. Performance tracing is disabled. Reports are used solely to diagnose and fix defects.

AI Features

When you use the Application's AI features — brain dump parsing, task breakdown, automatic prioritisation, or planning your day — the text of the relevant tasks, along with your local time and time zone, is transmitted to Anthropic to generate a result. This happens only when you actively invoke one of those features.

Planning your day sends one further category of information. If you have connected a calendar, the planner needs to know which parts of your day are already taken, so the titles and start and end times of that day's events are included alongside your tasks. If you have set recurring busy hours, the label and times you gave them are included in the same way. No other calendar information — attendees, locations, notes, or events on other days — is transmitted. If you have not connected a calendar, none of this applies.

Anthropic processes this text to return a response and, under its API terms, does not use it to train its models. Please review Anthropic's privacy policy, linked below.

If you would prefer your task content never be transmitted for AI processing, simply do not use the AI features. All other functionality — creating, organising, scheduling, and completing tasks — works without them.

Voice Input

If you grant microphone and speech recognition permission, the Application can convert speech into task text. Audio is processed using Apple's speech recognition, which may be performed on your device or on Apple's servers depending on your device, language, and settings. The Service Provider does not receive, store, or transmit your raw audio. Only the resulting text becomes part of a task if you choose to save it. You can decline these permissions and continue to use the Application by typing.

App Blocking and Screen Time

If you enable app blocking, the Application uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) framework.

Apple deliberately prevents apps from identifying which apps you select. The Application receives only an opaque token representing your choice — it cannot see, record, or transmit the names of the apps or categories you pick, and neither can the Service Provider. That token is stored only on your device, in a private container shared between the Application and its own extensions. It is never sent to the Service Provider's servers or to any third party.

The Application can see how many apps, categories, and websites you selected, in order to confirm a selection exists. It cannot see which ones.

You can revoke Screen Time access at any time in your device's Settings.

Notifications

Deadline reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Their content — including your task titles — stays on the device and is not transmitted to the Service Provider for this purpose.

Home Screen Widget

If you add the widget, the Application writes your upcoming task titles and deadlines to a private container on your device so the widget can display them. This data does not leave your device.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Application does not use cookies, as it is a native mobile application rather than a web-based service. The Application's third-party providers may use device or account identifiers to support functionality such as purchase validation and crash diagnostics. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using any non-essential tracking technologies.

Third Party Access

Certain data is shared with the third-party service providers listed below in order to operate the Application. These providers do not have independent use of this information beyond providing their service to the Application.

The Service Provider may disclose information described in this policy:

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at pgreenwood333@gmail.com.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The Service Provider does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise your rights, contact the Service Provider at pgreenwood333@gmail.com.

International Data Transfers

The Service Provider's third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider relies on:

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling stops the Application from collecting data from your device, but does not automatically delete information already stored on the Service Provider's servers. To delete your account and everything stored with it, open the app and go to Mine › Delete my account. This is permanent and takes effect immediately. If you would rather we did it for you, contact pgreenwood333@gmail.com.

Data Retention Policy

Screen Time selections, scheduled notifications, and widget data are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the Application.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law, for purposes of data collection and consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market data-collection features to them. The Application itself carries an age rating suitable for general audiences; this section concerns consent for data processing, not who may use the Application.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to the Service Provider, please contact pgreenwood333@gmail.com so that it can be addressed.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and applies reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes. Account data is protected by row-level access rules so that each account can access only its own data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Data Breach Notification

If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, providing information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-07-21.

Your Consent

Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature — for example, granting microphone access, granting Screen Time access, or invoking an AI feature. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

Contact Us

If you have any questions regarding privacy while using the Application, please contact the Service Provider via email at pgreenwood333@gmail.com.
